Craft compelling leisure and meetings marketing campaigns that drive tangible results.

Ensure brand consistency across all ACVB communication platforms, delivering a unified and impactful message.

Harness visitor data insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Cultivate rich video and photo libraries, along with other marketing assets, to showcase Arlington's allure.

Lead the marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Represent the ACVB at key industry events, building relationships with stakeholders and staying ahead of destination marketing trends.

Leadership and Collaboration: Empowering a Winning Team

Develop and manage the department's annual budget, setting clear goals and driving efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications: A Marketing Maestro with Destination Expertise

A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, coupled with ten or more years of progressive marketing experience.

Demonstrated success in creating and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics.

Proven experience overseeing websites, social media, e-newsletters, and consumer database development.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Prior experience with a destination marketing organization (DMO)/CVB is highly valued.
